Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or change your order, email us at fulilishop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Pre-orders ship on or around the listed release date.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping on orders over $50! Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us on Instagram for updates!
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, email us at fulilishop@gmail.com.
Mystery Boxes & Blind Boxes
How do blind boxes work?
Each blind box contains a random character from the series. You won't know which character you'll get until you open it — that's the fun! Each series has its own lineup, and some characters are rarer than others.
Can I return a blind box if I got a duplicate?
No. Blind boxes are final sale once opened. Duplicates are part of the blind box experience and are not considered defects. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. See our full return policy for details.
What counts as "opened" for a blind box?
If the inner sealed bag has been torn, cut, or otherwise opened, the item is considered opened. For sets/cases: if any single unit has been opened, the entire set is non-returnable.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email fulilishop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Products
Are your products officially licensed?
We source our products from authorized distributors. Product details including manufacturer and licensing info are listed on each product page.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited drops and may not be restocked. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.
