Terms of Service

Welcome to Fulili. These terms govern your use of fulilishop.com and your purchases from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our store

Fulili ("we", "us") sells anime and character merchandise, including collectible blind boxes. We currently ship to United States addresses only.

2. Blind boxes

Blind-box products contain a random item from the listed series. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise (for example a "whole set" option), we cannot influence or reveal which design you will receive, duplicates are possible, and outcomes are not grounds for return or exchange. Opened blind boxes are final sale.

3. Orders & payment

  • All prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • An order is accepted when it ships. We may cancel and refund any order — for example due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported wallets (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Standard US shipping is $5.99 and free on orders of $50 or more (calculated before tax, after discounts). In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days; pre-orders ship on or around the listed release date. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Discounts & rewards

  • Discount codes: one code per order unless stated otherwise. The FULILI welcome code is for new customers, one use per person.
  • Fulili Rewards points are issued through our loyalty program, have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or the program modified/discontinued at any time. Fraudulent activity voids points.

6. Returns

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Product names, characters, and brands shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered. Site content (text, layout, photos we create) belongs to Fulili and may not be reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, attempting unauthorized access, or fraudulent orders.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
